She is an ex-military officer with 12+ years of hands-on experience in the Indian craft sector. Having travelled across nearly all Indian states, she has worked closely with artisans and weavers, gaining deep, ground-level insights into diverse craft ecosystems.

As a woman entrepreneur, she brings lived experience of navigating gender dynamics, uncertainty, and the realities of solopreneurship. Her strategic expertise is strengthened by advanced learning from premier institutions, enabling her to combine cultural sensitivity with strong execution.
